MAIS - Mother Agency International Scouting, founded in São Paulo - Brazil in 1986, is an independent model agency specializing in merging models and fashion requests.

Focusing in the development of South American models our company was established as a small but versatile management company and now MAIS is a stamp of credibility in the international modeling world meeting the demands of the industry.

The company originated as an Advertising  Agency in 1983, in upstate São Paulo, basically catering to small business owners.

With only 3 years activity, has become the two major local business groups ad agency, each with about 30 companies in various sectors, including the communications (radios and newspapers).  

Changes the corporate framework, extending the service area, passing the Tangent advertising and Promotions, whose main focus, because of radio (and the audience war), happens to be the artistic milieu. 

By being on out of the big circuit, with a shortage of skilled labor, began to teach courses, hiring renowned professionals in their areas of expertise, to the formation of models, broadcasters, event greeters and mannequins, among others. 

The formation of these new professionals, especially models and mannequins, a new market emerged, and was created a new Division, in order to manage their careers.

This Division was called Façon Models, with offices in São Paulo, where the market was stronger, and with time it specialized in freight forwarding professionals for receptions.   Shortly after, all the company migrated to the Capital, and after 10 years of operation, was created the Palcorp Group, which operates in various markets, with several brands:

- MAIS (scoutnig agency and new faces division)

- Façon Models (model management agency)

- Fenix Productions (artistic agency)

- Studio UM (Studio and editing Island)

- Fassoft (production of softwares and videobooks)

- Fasscorp (technological solutions for the corporate market)

- AgraPP (visual programming, advertising and promotions)

- NetPredial (smart condos and internet access provider)

- Palcorp (websites and internet solutions)

- PPHost (web hosting and ISP)

- PPVoip (telephony and voice over IP solutions)
